• Assess farm owner needs and generate a narrative account of preferred skills and qualifications in a potential employee.
• Recruit farm employees who meet farm specifications by conducting thorough interviews, reviewing employees' employment authorization documents, and completing required paperwork.
• Transport employees to the farm.
• Train employees according to farm owner's specifications.
• Explain farm protocols and procedures.
• Support farm with ongoing services such as written translation, oral interpretation, and cultural orientation of both farm owner and employee to ensure a strong working relationship.
• Provide employees with access to ethnic foods, money wiring service, prepaid telephone cards, and cultural amenities.
• Refer employees to health and educational services available in their county.
